Importance of Student and Participant Support

To successfully create an equitable learning environment where each learner receives the kind of support they need to reach their full potential is one of the main cornerstones of inclusive schooling.

With traditional integration or inclusion strategies often focusing on a certain inclusion dimension, we must evaluate school practices to see if this has been achieved or not yet. It is important to see if the schools support approach really considers individual needs or offers another kind of “one size fits all” solution. At the same time, it is also important for a school leader to put this in the context of financial and human resources realities.

Education is never for free, even no fees are being charged, as it causes costs and requires capital – and this is particularly relevant for education programs outside schools to be reflected.
