Importance of Management Dimension

From a managers perspective this dimension is the starting point for improvement. Having the do what you preach principle in mind, it is the best way to show our commitment to more inclusive school to improve our own (school) management practices and procedures.

As it is only possible to introduce inclusive procedures if you involve those who have diverse inclusion needs, improving inclusiveness in management is a necessary foundation – and this applies to all segments of the education ecosystem, both formal and non-formal, both highly regulated and operating in more flexible structures.
