I am a teacher of English language who cares about the weakest students, those who are socially economiclly and cultural disadvantaged people. I like being helpful to the others that's what I try do to through my daily hard work: it is hard, maybe becuase I am not traine enough to deal with these difficut situations, I thinkI need to learn the right startegies and methodology in order to make my efforts more efficient. I am fed up of looking at discriminating and leaving behind just those people who are most in need of help by the educational sistem
