Biographical Info
Born and living in Italy I have sailed for more than 20 years on cruise ships and worked 30 years total in the cruise industry both on board and ashore. Lately I have chosen to work on my own as a consultant. I train students who will soon embark on a vessel and I also supply my consultancy services to a large cruise company. Being the cruise environment a highly multi-cultural environment, I am sure that Multinclude will offer me an additional opportunity to become more skilled in terms of inclusion and diversity
